      THE SHOPPER'S RESULTS:
Sunday, September 24 was a hot and steamy day with nearly 90 degree temperatures. Fans were eager to take advantage of the nice weather and
participate in the outdoor activities provided along Pride Plaza. Many fans were testing their strength with the Ford Truck push, testing their skill with
the standing long jump, taking their photo with the Lions logo and listening to the precision drum line.

Fans were anxious to head inside the stadium at 11AM to cool off and to participate in the DTE Power Hour. Outside of Gate A, the lines were forming
although at Gates B, C and G there were no lines. Inside the stadium many were enjoying the events and food specials offered.

This was the first Mystery Shop of the season, the stadium was clean and ready for game day. The Video Board was vibrant and kept the fans actively
cheering with the displays shown. The directional message boards are useful for guiding fans throughout the stadium. Most shoppers were able to
access Wi-Fi, but some did have challenges throughout the game. The staff was ready to assist and could provide information requested.

The overall scores were very favorable across all departments. Shoppers interacted with staff members throughout the entire day and found staff
members willing to assist for the duration of the event. Specific comments and scores can be seen in the following.
