Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: Outside The Blitz Staff Name: Not Visible Time: 11:33AM
Mrs. Shopper got in line at 11:33AM with 16 people ahead of her. She purchased a hotdog and bottle of water for only $4 and was done in only 5 minutes.
Each station had 2 people who worked well as a team where one took the order and money while the other filled the order. Unfortunately Mrs. Shopper
could not read their name tags and did not want to hold up the line by trying to get their names. She was impressed how quickly she was able to place her
order and received her food.
2 Section/Location: Corner Bar & Grille Staff Name: Vickie & Vanessa Time: 11:55AM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper enjoyed the updates made to the Corner Bar and thought it looked sharp. Just about every seat was taken and patrons looked like
they were having a good time before the game started. Vanessa at the first entrance thanked them for visiting and Vickie at the second entrance also
welcomed them and told them it was the grand opening.
3 Section/Location: 117 Soup R Cheese Staff Name: Anastasia Time: 1:27PM
Mrs. Shopper got in line at 11:27AM with no one else ahead of her. She purchased an original grilled cheese. Anastasia took her order and payment in a
timely manner but it took 7 minutes to receive her food. The bread of the sandwich was nicely toasted but the cheese in the middle of the sandwich was
not melted. Overall the quality of the sandwich and the long wait time combined for a less than expected food experience. Presentation was also lacking;
the sandwich was securely wrapped after it came off the grill and was cut in half, but the wrapping came undone when it as transferred to the paper bowl
for serving.
4 Section/Location: 107 Pretzel Hastings Staff Name: Ingrid Time: 1:47PM
Mrs. Shopper got in line at 1:47PM with 9 people ahead of her. At 1:53PM two people ahead of her dropped out of line. Shortly after that those in line
next to her started commenting on slow service and missing the game. Finally at 2:05PM Ingrid took Mrs. Shopper's order for a Leiny Dog. Waiting almost
20 minutes was unacceptable and if she wasn't participating in a shop, she would have left the line and tried another food location. The Leiny Dog was
unevenly cooked with one end slightly under done and the other end was slightly burnt and the overall temperature was luke warm. Mrs. Shopper would
have preferred for it to be hotter. On a positive note, the hot dog tasted great, the combination of mustard and cheese was delicious, and there was plenty
for both Mr. & Mrs. Shopper to enjoy making it a good value at $15 since they split it.
5 Section/Location: 126 Quick Pick Staff Name: No Name Tags Time: 3:39PM
Fourth Quarter had just started and it looked like the two workers were starting to clean up but they made time to sell Mrs. Shopper a bag of candied
pecans.
