1 Section/Location: Game Day page
I love this section of the website. It is filled with all of the important information related to that day's events, like a one stop shop. Very user friendly. I will have it
bookmarked on my phone for future games.
2 Section/Location: Lions App
The Light Show part of the app is really cool and I also like the interactive stadium map. I like how you can access Flash Seats from the Lions app. I found the Lions
app to be very useful.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Game Day Page Time: Saturday Night
Both Mr. & Mrs. Shopper found lots of useful information on the Game Day Page. 'Where to eat & drink' had location and description for both food and drink options
that were helpful. 'Game Day at Ford Field' was an easy way to learn about Pride Plaza, code of conduct, and bag policy in one location.

2 Section/Location: Lions App Time: 9:49AM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper have found the Lions App very useful in the past, and like the directions and the Waze options, but this is the second week in a row Mrs. Shopper
has not been able to connect to the app from her phone. Error message says there is not internet connection when there is clearly 4 bars on her data plan. Mrs.
Shopper's carrier is Verizon and her phone is an iPhone 6S. She checked that there were not updates required, then deleted and reinstalled the app, and still got the
error message. Once she was in Ford Field and connected to Wi-Fi she was able to use the app. It was frustrating she couldn't access the App while in the car on the
way to the game. Mr. Shopper was able to start the App, but it locked up twice and he couldn't scroll through the screens. Mr. Shopper also uses Verizon and has an
iPhone 6S.
3 Section/Location: Waze Time: 10:08AM
Mr. Shopper found the Waze App very easy to use. He appreciated that all the parking spots around Ford Field were loaded so the user doesn't have to type in the
information. It was easy to find directions to Lot 4.
4 Section/Location: Twitter Time: 10:15AM
Mr. Shopper found a lot of activity on the Lions Twitter feed before the game under #onepride. There were even some Carolina Panthers fans commenting.
