1 Section/Location: Game Day page Time: 1 week prior
Ms. Shopper getting prepared for the game the weekend prior to this game. She went to the Gameday page and it still had the information from the September 24th
game when it was October 1st. If the information is not ready then perhaps stating, "details coming soon" or "check back on (date) for gameday information".

2 Section/Location: Game Day page Time: 4 days prior
Again Ms. Shopper went to the Game Day page 4 days prior to the game on Wednesday, October 4th. The Game Day information from September 24th was still on
the page. Ms. Shopper was disappointed the information had not been updated.
3 Section/Location: Lions App Time: 12:40PM
The wayfinding interactive map is very useful. While sitting in Section 319 it put Ms. Shopper's location on the field.
4 Section/Location: Interactive Light Show Time: Pregame
Ms. Shopper tried to click on the Interactive Light Show, but it was not working for Ms. Shopper who was sitting in Section 319, row 14.
RECOMMENDATIONS

1) Check into potential issue of users not being able to hook into the Lions app when they are using their data plan. If a reason and fix is found, add a
note on the app under a tab heading 'having trouble connecting' or something like that.
2) It would be nice if the game day information was updated at least a week prior to the game if possible. This would allow for fans to prepare more for
their game day experience. I would like to check the weekend prior when I have a bit more time.
3) It would be helpful when you are in the Lions App and click "getting to Ford Field" it took you to Google Maps so you could navigate to Ford Field.
