First Aid
3 Section/Location: First Aid Section 106 Staff Name: Ruth Time: 3:28PM
Question
Ruth stood and introduced herself to Mrs. Shopper. Mrs. Shopper told Ruth she had taken some ibuprofen earlier in the game but her knee was still bothering her
and asked if might have an icepack. Ruth reached an ice pack and activated it for Mrs. Shopper and told her to use it right away as it was only good for about 20
minutes or so. She then walked her out of the office and back to the main corridor so she wouldn't get lost on her way back to her seat.
4 Section/Location: First Aid Section 113 Staff Name: Dorthea Time: 4:19PM
Mr. Shopper used First Aid outside section 113. He asked for Tylenol for a headache. She recorded his name and asked if he had any allergies. She gave him a cup
of water and asked if he needed anything else before wishing him a safe trip home from the game.

1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Mike Time: 10:30AM
Mike (EMT) was WONDERFUL!! I asked about First Aid in the Pride Plaza, and Mike took the time to walk me into the stadium before it opened and escorted me
directly to the First Aid area on the first floor. He waited for me to get Tylenol, and then he escorted me back out.
2 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Linda EMS Time: 10:30AM
Linda was there when we initially went to the First Aid area in Pride Plaza. She was kind and courteous and volunteered to hold down the "fort" while Mike took
my son and I into Ford Field.
3 Section/Location: First Aid Section 106 Staff Name: Ruth Time: 11:40AM
Ruth was very kind and professional. I told her that I had a headache and she asked whether or not I had any allergies to medication. She then offered me a choice
of Tylenol, Motrin or Aleve. I chose the Tylenol, and she had me write my name down on a sheet, notating what service was provided to me.
4 Section/Location: First Aid Section 113 Staff Name: Doretha Time: 12:45PM
Doretha was very kind when my teenage son told her he had a headache. Because he was a minor, she directed her questions to me, but listened to what he had
to say. She gave him 2 Tylenol and had me sign for them as I am his legal guardian. She was very empathetic to my son.
5 Section/Location: First Aid Section 133 Staff Name: Jeff Time: 1:10PM
I stopped in to this First Aid section because of a skin irritation that I was having. Because of the area it was in, I had to lift my shirt up. Jeff made sure to close the
door so that I could have privacy. He took a look at the irritation and recommended that I go to my primary care physician because it looked infected. He put some
gauze over the irritation and taped it to prevent rubbing or further irritation.
