As I walked through the door, Dwana got up from her chair and said "hello, my name is Dwana how can I help you? "I told her I had a headache and she offered me
to different options. I took the Tylenol and she handed me a glass of water. She took my name and told me to enjoy the game.
2 Section/Location: First Aid Section 133 Staff Name: Jeffrey Time: 1:05PM
I went in to First Aid, Jeffrey was there. and explained that I received 2 Tylenol already and asked if I could have 1 more. He explained to me that I had already had
1000mg and could not take anymore.
3 Section/Location: First Aid Section 237 Staff Name: Lisa Time: 12:40PM
Ms. Shopper's friend went in for some Tylenol. Lisa introduced herself, took her name and then handed her the Tylenol and a bottle of water. She was very nice
and professional.
4 Section/Location: First Aid Section 225 Staff Name: name tag was flipped Time: 11:55AM
The nurse was a friendly middle aged woman. I went in for a band aid. She gave me 2 and told me to enjoy the game.
Supervisor
1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: EMT staff Time: 11:06AM
Earlier Ms. Shopper noticed two EMT's standing under a tent on Brush Street in Pride Plaza. Ms. Shopper approached a female EMT staff member to ask for a band
aid. She kindly pulled one out of her vest and handed it to Ms. Shopper. She was glad to help Ms. Shopper and offered a pleasant smile.
2 Section/Location: Inside stadium seating area Staff Name: EMT's Time: 1st Quarter
Ms. Shopper witnessed a few EMT's standing along the wall inside the seating area of the stadium. Their presence made Ms. Shopper feel they were ready to assist
with a medical need if necessary. During this time, Ms. Shopper did not witness any EMT's going to an actual seat location to assist a fan.
3 Section/Location: First Aid Section 112 Staff Name: Doretha Time: 2:55PM
There were no fans in the First Aid station when Ms. Shopper approached. Doretha greeted Ms. Shopper with a smile and asked how she could assist. She stated
her name in the greeting as well. Ms. Shopper complained of a headache and Doretha asked if Ms. Shopper would prefer Tylenol or Ibuprofen. She asked for Ms.
Shopper's name, recorded it on her log sheet, gave the Ibuprofen to Ms. Shopper with a Dixie cup of water. Doretha stated Ms. Shopper could fill her water bottle
with water if she desired and instructed Ms. Shopper to drink some water throughout the game. The interaction was very professional.
