Mrs. Shopper used the 3D Seat option on the Ford Field website to see where her tickets were located and what the view was like from her seats prior to going to
Ford Field. When she checked the view from her actual seats during half time (she and Mr. Shopper had re-located their seats for this game as part of the shop), it
was very similar to what she saw on her computer. That is a nice feature for when purchasing tickets.

Ms. Shopper found it very useful to have the current events shown on the home screen, with the upcoming events boldly listed.

The premium seating information was interesting. Ms. Shopper has been to Ford Field many times and finding this option was enticing.

When going to the Lions App, I wasn't too sure what the "Face Paint Augmented Reality" bottom would do, it shows a brief picture then closes the app. This
happened at the field and at home.

I love how they show WEEK 6 and both teams records right on the top of the page. The bottom of the page is very user friendly with all of the tabs. On the "TEAM"
tab on the bottom of the page and then under "Leaders", I really like how it shows the players with their pictures, it feels more personalized.

2 Section/Location: Detroit Lions Facebook page
The Detroit Lions Facebook page is user friendly and I really like the pictures, however when you click the about tab a phone number pops up. I called the number and
a lady answered "Detroit Lions". I asked her if this was the ticket window and she said no. I received no other information so I am not sure what department I was
calling.
3 Section/Location: Lions Twitter page
My husband enjoys the twitter page however, the comments are mostly media driven.
