Question
As concessions were getting ready to close, this concession was fairly busy still. We waited for about 10 minutes to order a pretzel. We ordered the Belgian
style waffle with vanilla cream cheese. The pretzel was tasty but the vanilla cream cheese was too sweet. Ms. Shopper threw the cream cheese away.
Heather was trying to get people through the line quick and we had very speedy service.

Blitz was very crowded and there were lines for everything, we decided to head down to the main concourse.
2 Section/Location: 105 Bar 35 Staff Name: Michelle Time: 4:05PM
Stood in line for about 10 minutes before we were able to order, Michelle was very nice and efficient. They also had a custom cocktail, the Blue Christmas,
very cute holiday concept but at $14.50 the pricing was too high for Ms. Shopper.
3 Section/Location: 112 The Kroger Cooler Time: 4:15PM
The line exceeded the stanchions and was out to the concourse, so we decided to keep moving.
4 Section/Location: 115 Slows Time: 4:27PM
There was no line at this location, we looked at the menu and pricing, seemed reasonable compared to the other options in the stadium.
5 Section/Location: 131 Staff Name: RM 2297 Time: 4:50PM
Rocket Man #2297 did a great job in our section. He was loud enough to hear but not disturbing, was great at accurately catching fans orders from far away,
and moved very quickly/efficiently through the section.
6 Section/Location: 121 Bar 35 Time: 5:06PM
Waited in line for 10 minutes, server was quick and polite, ID'd Ms. Shopper, not Mr. Shopper and confirmed we each were getting one beer. We ordered
an All Day IPA and a Bud Light. Both were served cold. The server was not wearing a nametag.
7 Section/Location: 105 Pretzel Hastings Staff Name: Jenna Time: 6:40PM
We ordered the pretzel with beer cheese and asked about adding nacho cheese as well. Jenna was unsure until Ms. Shopper suggested she charge for it,
Ms. Shopper was charged an additional $2 for the Nacho sauce. Jenna was very nice.
