6 Section/Location: 239 Staff Name: RM 1053 /3021 Time: 4:17PM
Question
Rocket man 1053 was serving fans at the top of section 239. He was friendly and joking with the fans while he served their beverages. Mr. Shopper did not
observe him serving more than 2 beers to any fans. In fact when he was serving a fan down in the rows below Mr. Shopper, he asked for another fan to
come so the 4 beers the group wanted went to 2 people. Mr. Shopper also observed Rocket man 3021 check ID before serving a fan two beers. In both
instances they handed change back to the fans and the fans tipped them all or a portion of their change.
7 Section/Location: 133 Slows BBQ Staff Name: Beth Ann Time: 5:35PM
Mr. Shopper got in line at 5:35 PM just before half time. There were 17 people in line ahead of him; 5 people left the line to use the self serve registers.
While the names of the fan favorites food selections were easily seen on the menu board, it was difficult to read the second line with the font being smaller
of the food descriptions while standing in line. Beth Ann took his order at 5:39 PM and he received his BBQ Pork Nachos at 5:44 PM so the entire process
took almost 10 minutes. This was acceptable to Mr. Shopper given it was the beginning of the half time rush and there were almost 20 people ahead of him
in line. The self serve registers seemed to help keep the line moving. The nachos were good - the chips stayed crispy throughout the 15 minutes or so it
took Mr. & Mrs. Shopper to eat them. There was a generous portion of BBQ Pork on the nachos and the cheese had a smoky taste and did not taste like it
had come out of a can. Mrs. Shopper liked the fresh lime and Mr. Shopper liked the jalapenos.
8 Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room Staff Name: Kevin Time: 6:08PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were able to visit the Miller Lite Tap Room during the 3rd Quarter. They had no problem entering with their passes. They were pretty
full with most of the spots around the large screen TVs taken and only a few open seats at the bar. Mrs. Shopper had no problem getting a water and a diet
coke at the bar, but she was surprised she had to pay for the coke. The Shoppers tried to watch the action on the field, but they could not get close enough
to the railing to see much. Mrs. Shopper had worked Indy Racing and Pistons games in a former job and had assumed the Miller Lite Tap Room was a
complimentary suite with free drinks and food. This did not appear to be the case, so Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were a little confused as to the purpose of the
Miller Lite Tap Room since you paid for the drinks and didn't get a good view of the field. They stayed for about 15 minutes during which Mrs. Shopper
talked with Kevin who appeared to work in security. He told her he thought there was a package you could purchase for food and drinks.
