1 Section/Location: Main level concourse Staff Name: Rocket Man Time: 3:20PM
While Ms. Shopper was walking through the main level concourse, a Rocket Man was pushing a small cart selling frozen drinks. Since the concourse was
shoulder to shoulder with people, Ms. Shopper noticed the frozen beverages were not covered, they were open. For sanitary purposes Ms. Shopper thought
maybe the frozen drinks should have a lid. They are basically face level to the Rocket Man and the fans walking by.

2 Section/Location: 103 HopCat Time: 4:10PM
Ms. Shopper noticed Hop Cat while at the Stadium. It seemed to be very popular. As Ms. Shopper was reading the menu board, she found it difficult to read
the second line of the menu description while she was trying to review the selections offered.
3 Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room Time: 4:40PM
As Ms. Shopper walked past the bar area, the servers asked Ms. Shopper if they could assist her. They were very proactive as Ms. Shopper did not stand at
the bar and wait.
4 Section/Location: 113 Pegasus Time: 5:40PM
Ms. Shopper approached the Pegasus stand with 3 customers ahead of her. The line moved quickly. The order was placed for an original gyro. She was
directed to pay and then wait for her order. She waited about 3 minutes for her order. The gyro was served nice and warm. All the items were fresh and
tasty.
5 Section/Location: 108 Condiment Stand Time: 7:16PM
The condiment stand in front of section 108 was clean and well stocked. Ms. Shopper appreciated on how clean it appeared.
