1 Section/Location: Corner Bar & Grille Staff Name: Tiffany Time: 4:00PM
Ms. Shopper stopped at Corner Bar & Grille to purchase a beer. There was no wait to enter the bar. Although the bar was extremely busy, there was no wait
to walk up and order a drink. Tiffany, the bartender, was very friendly and asked for ID when Ms. Shopper asked for a beer. The total for one Two Hearted
beer was $9.50. The bar was very loud and people seemed to be in a good mood and excited for the game.
2 Section/Location: 105 Pretzel Hastings Staff Name: Heather Time: 4:30PM
Ms. Shopper waited in line at Pretzel Hastings from 4:17 PM to 4:30 PM. A few customers were overheard complaining about the wait. Ms. Shopper ordered
a Belgian pretzel with beer cheese dip. The total was $9 and the quality was excellent. Heather was very quick and friendly. The pretzel was hot and
perfectly cooked and the beer cheese was very tasty.
3 Section/Location: Michigan Craft Beer Staff Name: Kurt Time: 4:45PM
Ms. Shopper stopped at the craft beer stand to inquire where else Two Hearted beer could be purchased in the stadium. Kurt was not sure but went out of
his way to direct Ms. Shopper to guest services and other beer stands.

4 Section/Location: 134 Staff Name: Rocket Man 4904 Time: 5:03PM
Rocket Man 4904 seen in section 134 was very friendly and polite, especially to fans rooting for the rival team. He seemed to enjoy being with and joking
around with the fans. His personality was great.
5 Section/Location: 200 level Time: 5:30PM
While sitting in her section. Ms. Shopper noticed that there were not many Rocket Men in the 200 level or in the 300 level at times.

6 Section/Location: 132 Time: 6:38PM
Ms. Shopper overheard a guest complaining about the Dippin' Dots kiosks being replaced by Mini Melts.
7 Section/Location: 130 Time: 6:40PM
Ms. Shopper overheard a guest that was very satisfied with his elephant ear purchase.
