01 Bursary 01 One bursary has been awarded to Chantell Pennicott who will be

SAPPO is providing partial funding. The first progress report is
awaited.
Project 04 Dr Mokoele of the Veterinary faculty at Onderstepoort is
partially funded for a PhD project titled “The prevalence,
perceptions and mitigation of antimicrobial resistance in pig
farms of Gauteng province and surroundings in South Africa”.
SAPPO was asked to fund the part on molecular markers.
