Policy 600: Operation of Club Vehicles
     OBJECTIVE:
The safety and well-being of our employees and members are of critical importance to Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale (BGCS). Therefore, we each have a responsibility to not only protect ourselves when on the road, but we should also do our part to protect those around us. Employees that drive a Club-owned vehicle will be expected to follow and abide by the policy and procedures of operating Club vehicles. Club vehicles are only for Club business such as transporting members to and from school sites, Club sites and field trips, picking up supplies, and attendance at meetings related to job responsibilities. Any other uses of Club-owned vehicles must be approved in advance by the Chief Operating Officer.

Club Approved Drivers
     PROCEDURAL STEPS:
To receive organizational approval, all drivers’ motor vehicle records will be
 checked. To remain on the approved driver’s list, all drivers must meet the
 approved driver guidelines detailed in the policy. The general rules and
 regulations for the use of BGCS vehicles must be adhered to by all drivers.
 The BGCS policy provides additional information including expectations
 regarding the following topics:

 Field Trip Procedures
