Policy No. 504 – Facility Use by Outside Groups
 For outside groups to use any Club facility, five conditions must be met:
• Branch director determination that it is consistent with the organization vision, mission and philosophy
• Outside group has a general liability policy of a minimum of $1 million
• Outside group provides a certificate of additional insurance to the organization listing our branch
location as being covered by their insurance
• Outside group signs a Facility Use Agreement outlining the rules, responsibilities, rent and
deposit required of the outside group and indemnifying the Club for liability claims
• Approved by the COO
Outside groups will not be allowed into our facility if above conditions are not met. The documents must be completed and submitted to the Chief Operating Officer before the outside group uses our facility.
