RESTRICTED AREAS

        The following are areas of the park that are restricted areas or areas that have specific policies that

        apply to our Team Members:

        RETAIL GIFT SHOPS:
        Cliff’s Team Members are not permitted in the gift shops. One is located next to Guest Relations and
        the other is located in WaterMania. If a team Member needs to purchase an item, a Supervisor must
        accompany him/her.


        ALL GAMES:
        Team Members are not permitted to play any of our outdoor or indoor games. Additionally, Team
        Members are not permitted to keep prizes won by Guests or prizes that are given away to them.


        GUEST EATING AREAS:
        Team Members are not permitted to eat or loiter in the Guest eating areas. Team Members can eat
        their meals and take their breaks in the Team Member Area, which is located behind the Administrative
        Office Building.


        Main Office/Administrative Office:
        If a Supervisor does not have keys to the office, and the office is closed for the weekend, it is your
        Department Manager’s duty to let you in. Knocking on windows and doors is not permitted.
        WaterMania:

        Team Members are not permitted to loiter in this area. Team Members must use the Employee walk way
        in order to access the Employee Area.


        ACCIDENT AND INCIDENT REPORTS

        All accidents and incidents requiring first aid will be documented. Accident reports should be filled out
        neatly and thoroughly (printed in all capital letters). Names and phone numbers of all victims,
        witnesses, and ride operators are mandatory. These reports will remain in the accident report book in
        the first aid room. Team Members involved in accidents while on duty should be reported to their
        Department Manager.
