SECTION TWO: ENFORCEMENT OF PARK POLICIES
It is your responsibility to enforce all park policies with regard to the conduct and appearance of your
team (refer to the Seasonal Orientation Handbook for specifics). Supervisors will be present in their
area at least 90% of the time; monitoring the performance of their staff and equipment, keeping your
work area clean constantly, as well as, the activity of the crowd around.
On your days off, we ask that you leave an accurate schedule for your area, as well as, a complete phone
number and First Names and Last Names of your team.
Supervisors may be required to work at least 1 hour (department times vary) prior to opening. Tardiness
will not be tolerated. You are considered tardy if you are not present at the meeting when it begins.
SUPERVISOR MEETINGS
Supervisors meet daily, with their department Manager, to review schedules, upcoming events, specials,
etc. There may be a group meeting on Fridays.
Attendance at all meetings, training sessions, workshops and activities is mandatory. Cell phones must be
turned off during meetings, as your full attention is required. We attempt to accommodate everyone
when scheduling meetings, etc., however, there are bound to be conflicts. We ask that you adjust your
schedule so that you are able to attend all functions. Tardiness will not be tolerated.
CELL PHONE POLICY FOR SUPERVIOSRS
Cell phones are permitted to be on your personnel as you work, but are not required. However, they are
only to be used for work purposes only. For example, emailing/contacting employees, access to schedules,
contact with upper Management or department Manager. Supervisors are NOT permitted to hold
employee’s cell phones.
SUPERVISOR MEALS
Supervisors will receive 1 free meal per day the day that they work. Supervisors will also receive
a 40% discount. Supervisors can only order from Cliff’s Pizzeria, KiddyLand Café, Rocky Mountain
Munchies, All American Café and Cabana for their free meal. Discounts are applied at food carts,
not free employee meals.
KEYS AND RADIOS
At the beginning of the season, you will be issued a set of keys for your area. Some areas will share one
set of keys between two Supervisors. We ask that all keys be turned into your manager at the end of
your shift. It will be your responsibility to replace any lost or stolen keys. All keys will be returned to
the park at the end of the season.
