THE DISCIPLINE PROCESS

We are to hold people accountable for doing their job. The standard to use for the
        discipline process is as follows:

If they know what to do,
If they know how to do it,
If they have time to do it…but says (by actions) “I will not” then we need to check our motives

before the process by making sure that we are not judging their motives or intent and that we have
their best interests in mind. We cannot know what their motive or intent is for sure unless they chose to
tell us. However, we are to deal with their deeds (actions) only. We are to help them correct their
        deeds.
Remember that the discipline process is always to be done with the desire to do what is best for the
        trainee.

        PLAN YOUR DAY
Organize yourself so that you have sufficient time for scheduling, getting your area ready, meetings,
paperwork, etc. Try to do the same thing at the same time everyday so as to develop a routine.

Don’t expect your day to fall together in an organized manner on its own, it won’t. Take control, and plan
out your day in advance. Make a check list of things to do and follow it. You will always have
interruptions, but you will have a plan to fall back on once you have dealt with those interruptions.

        PLAN YOUR MEETINGS
Decide what you need to discuss with your team and write it down prior to your meeting. Have your

schedule planned out in advance, and make the necessary changes as you go.
It is absolutely imperative that you appear organized and in control when dealing with your team. To a
great extend, this will determine your success or failure as a leader. Your team has to feel confident
that you know what you are doing. Make sure you do!

        SCHEDULING FOR TIME OFF
Team Members will be required to submit a request for time off with upper management. Requesting

time off does not guarantee that you will have that time off. Please let us know at least two weeks in
advance if you need time off for vacations, proms/dances, graduations, etc. No exceptions!

        PROFESSIONALISM

As a representative of the company, it is essential that you maintain a mature, confident demeanor.
When dealing with Guests, we ask that you conduct yourself in a polite, professional manner.
