WELCOME TO THE CLIFF’S MANAGEMENT TEAM!
You have been selected from a large group of people to become a member of the Cliff’s
Management team. You were chosen because we believe that you are honest, loyal, dependable,
and mature enough to think independently and to function as a leader.

Cleanliness and Safety
Must display and live out Servant Qualities by being patient, kind, humble, respectful,
selfless, forgiving, honest and committed.
Must promote and support a “team” work environment by cooperating and helping co-
workers.

As a Supervisor, you have been placed in a position of authority and responsibility. It is your
responsibility to train, monitor and develop employees into reliable, responsible Team Members.
As a Supervisor, you are expected to adhere to and support the policies of this company, set
forth in this handbook. In order for this organization to be successful, we depend on you to
function as a team player. As a group, we must enforce the rules and regulations of this
company uniformly and consistently. If any individual Supervisor fails to do this, or promotes
his/her own agenda, rather than that of the company, the rest of the Management team as well
as our Team Members will be adversely affected. It is imperative that we all work together to
support the goals and philosophies of this companies. The company’s long time reputation
depends on the Management team maintaining or exceeding the standards they have set in
place. As a group, we will live up to these expectations and strive to be the best Management
team possible.
