SUMMARY SHEETS
Summary sheets are done daily and filled out according to a Supervisors designated area. These
summary sheets must include:
The name of the Supervisor will be written at the top of this form, along with the area and the
date.
In the top right corner, there is a section for the Supervisor to sign off with their initials.
Next the “Time Area was clocked in” and “Time Area Was Released” will be filled out.
The employee’s first and last name.
The summary sheet should be easy to read and written legibly.
For the “Weather” section, briefly fill out the information.
The last section of the Summary Sheet is used for Team Members who may have been
temporarily moved to another area for the day.
Fill out their first and last name, the area the Team Member belongs to, what area they are
transferring to, as well as the times they were sent to another area and the time that Team
Member was released from that area.
The summary sheets are turned into your Department Managers daily at the end of the shift.
The Manager will give these summary sheets to the front office in order to verify time for each
employee.
If for any reason, the paper is torn, has water marks, is hard to read, shoe marks, or has stains
of any kind, it will be given back and must be fixed.
