Please register with the Professional Shop as soon as possible, as the Men’s Invitational is limited to 54 teams and
The Walter is limited to 36 teams and we are expecting sell-outs in both events.

The Golf Committee is also unanimous in its recommendation that a one colour flag system should be utilized at
Cherry Hill going forward. Traditional private club have gone away from multiflag systems to align with the
historic nature of Clubs. White is the colour of choice. Where it is visually challenging to identify the location of
the flagstick, we will have a modest indicating system on/near the teeing area on these holes.

   Finance Committee

Cherry Hill Club’s year end audited financial statements have been approved by the Board of Directors and will be
   distributed to shareholders shortly.

During the year-end audit, it was brought to light that the rising amount of accumulating guest passes may result
in an eventual material liability for the Club. The below motion was passed, after discussion, at the most recent
   Board of Directors meeting:

For 2018 and onward, guest passes issued for lump-sum payment of total annual fees will expire at the end of the
year of issue. Any guest passes outstanding from previous years will be honoured until the end of the 2020 golf
season at which time they will expire. As has always been the case, guest passes are non-transferable and have
no cash value. If a Member resigns from the Club in the aforementioned time period they will forfeit their
   accumulated guest passes.
