destinies have been changed. We are destined for

heaven when we were once destined for hell. This
produces a confidence like none other! Our
confidence is rooted in HIM who called us into the

Ministry of Reconciliation.

Responsibilities of the Ministry of Reconciliation
From 2 Corinthians 5 verses 19 and 20, we can divide
our responsibilities of this ministry in two categories.

1. The Message. Verse 19: that GOD was reconciling the
world to himself in CHRIST, not counting people’s sins

against them. And HE has committed to us the
message of reconciliation. We have a very distinct

message to deliver. We have the answer! We are
charged to deliver HIS message of reconciliation
without waiver and absent the vestiges of manmade

doctrine. We have a “GOD said” mentality and a

“GOD said” vocabulary.

2. The Ambassadorship. Verse 20: We are therefore

CHRIST’s ambassadors, as though GOD were making
HIS appeal through us. We implore you on CHRIST’s

behalf: Be reconciled to GOD. To represent CHRIST
on earth is a sacred and humbling charge. An
