Occasionally, a heading or sub-title of a font size larger than the standard font can help identify or callout different sections of
a document. In those cases, 11 pt Calibri bold may be used.
LINE HEIGHT
The row (line) height for standard lines should be 12.75 (which generally is the default Excel applies once the font and font
size are set as noted above).
DOCUMENT TITLE HEADING
The document title heading should be formatted as follows:
• Font: Calibri
• Font Size: 8 pt
• Font Weight: Bold
• Alignment: Centered over all columns of the document (use Merge & Center to merge all cells on a line into a single cell
that spans the entire width of the document columns and is centered over those columns)
• Height of blank line between the last line of the title and the first row of the document: 18
