Adding extra spaces between words to cause a heading to wrap can cause results that differ than the
intended formatting, depending on a user’s computer setup. To ensure a heading will wrap consistently
for all users, place your cursor between the two words where you want a line break and press Alt + Enter.

This will ensure line breaks are the same for all users.

FORMATTING SPECIFIC TYPES OF TEXT

Currency

Cells with currency/dollar amounts should be formatted as follows:

• Category: Currency
• Column Alignment: Right (formatting the cell as currency will by default right align the dollar amount)
• Decimal Places: 0 (unless specificity is necessary, currency can generally be shown in whole numbers with no decimals)
• Negative Numbers: Parentheses around the number, generally with a font color of black
