2. Open the Power BI Finance Data desktop file named ADV Finance Data.pbix.
3. In the Fields pane (on the far right), hover over the table name representing the fiscal year you want to refresh until
the three ellipses appear and then click on the ellipses. From the menu items that appear click Refresh data (see the
two side-by-side screenshots below using FY 21 Actuals as an example).
4. Power BI Desktop will display a Refresh dialog box while the data is refreshed (see screenshot below for an example
using FY 21 Actuals). Once the data is refreshed in the data model the dialog box will disappear.
