5. As the records are imported into Salesforce, a progress counter will display in the lower left-hand corner of the Get
Data dialog box. Once all records are imported, the Get Data dialog box will disappear and you will be returns to the
periods spreadsheet.

REFRESHING THE DATA MODEL IN THE POWER BI DESKTOP

The data model is refreshed nightly from data in the folders on SharePoint, but if you want to perform a manual refresh to
immediately update the data model for the closed period you just added in the steps above:

1. The Power BI Desktop data file for the Finance team data is saved in a shared folder under the Finance Team O365
Budget Reporting folder (Power BI Desktop Files). See the folder location below.
