5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 above and refresh the Actuals table as well.

6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 above and refresh the Fiscal Periods table as well.

7. Save the Power BI Desktop file.

REPUBLISHING THE POWER BI DATA MODEL

To republish the updated Power BI Finance Data from your desktop to the Power BI cloud:

1. From the Home tab, click on the Publish button in the Share section. Power BI may ask if you want to save your
changes. If it does, click Save to save any changes.

2. A dialog will ask to which workspace you want to publish the dataset. Select ADV Finance Team and then click the
Select button to confirm and publish all data. (Note: Depending on your access, groups, etc., the screenshot below
may show Power BI spaces which you may not see when you publish. As long as you have ADV Finance Team as an
option that is fine.)
