To refresh the fiscal period data from Salesforce:

1. Open the Fiscal Periods Excel file.

2. In Excel, ensure you are logged into Salesforce through XL-Connector.

3. Place your cursor in the first cell in your Excel file and from the XL-Connector tab click Get Data. The Get Data dialog
box will display the query for the data model columns for the fiscal period file.

4. Ensure that the query matches what is shown below then click the Execute button to refresh the data in the Excel file.
