Occasionally XL-Connector will drop a query string in an existing file. If the query string does not look like
the above, you can copy the string from the XL-Connector actuals query file stored in the same folder as
the actuals and paste it into XL-Connector. Ensure you replace the ‘XXXX’ with the proper fiscal year.

MARKING FISCAL PERIOD AS CLOSED IN SALESFORCE

The fiscal period for which you just imported data to Salesforce needs to be marked as closed. Power BI uses the fiscal period
statuses to determine the last closed fiscal period. To mark the period as closed in Salesforce:

1. In Salesforce, navigate to the Fiscal Periods tab.
