touches. It has a high sensitivity (low threshold). There are many such receptors, for
                  example, in the fingertips.

                         The nerve end of the tactile body is surrounded by Schwann cells (auxiliary cells
                  of the nervous tissue). The encapsulation consists of flattened supporting cells arranged
                  in the form of horizontal plates surrounded by a connective tissue capsule. One nerve
                  fiber wriggles between the plates all over the body.
                         The  feeling  of  deep  pressure  (for  example,  from  an  injection)  is  created  by
                  lamellar corpuscles (Pacini corpuscles), which are deeper in the dermis, and some free
                  nerve endings.
                         Meisner's  corpuscles  do  not  recognize  dangerous  stimuli.  This  is  signaled
                  exclusively by free nerve endings.
                         With age, the number of tactile bodies in the skin decreases.
                         Merkel cells, or tactile discs (figure 43), play an important role in sensing the

                  structure of the surface, allowing you to perceive light touches. They are oval-shaped
                  mechanoreceptors.
