When entering your date of birth, tap on the year first and this will reduce the amount of scrolling you will need to
        do. You will be sent a verification code via text to complete the setup. Please ensure you enter your mobile phone
        number correctly

        How to submit a report

        Tap on the white box “Motor – Fleet Admin 0023” and select “Update your Policy Details”. You should select your
        work location/cost centre from the dropdown menu



















        Once you have selected your location,  select “Report Incident”
        The first screen provides guidance on what you should do at the scene of the incident. Please read this guidance and
        then click “Start Claim”


















        If you think your vehicle may not be driveable, click No on the app and you will need to speak to AA Accident
        Management. You can continue to record information on the app but any roadside recovery will need to sorted out
        over the telephone

        The next screen asks you to input the date and time of the incident, followed by the location of the incident. You can
        use the GPS on the phone to do this.



        Witness and Third Party Details
        The witness details need to be captured quickly as they will be the first to leave the scene of the accident.

        The vehicle registration will be looked up against DVLA records and checked for accuracy

        Please take photos of any damage on the third parties car and mark it clearly on the diagram
