Sweet Sauces
Lemon Sauce
USING LIQUIDISER Place all ingredients except butter in the
½ pt water liquidiser, and blend on maximum speed
1 oz cornflour for 10 seconds. Strain into a saucepan

Chocolate Sauce
USING LIQUIDISER Place ingredients in the liquidiser. Turn
½ pt milk to maximum speed for a few seconds.

Caramel Sauce
USING LIQUIDISER Heat milk to simmering point. Place all
½ pt milk other ingredients in the liquidiser and
1 oz butter pour in the hot milk. Blend on maximum
1 dsp cornflour speed for 1 minute.
2 dsp brown sugar Return to the saucepan, bring to the boil
4 caramel toffees again, stirring all the time, for 2 minutes.
