Tomato Cocktail
USING LIQUIDISER AND Place all ingredients in the liquidiser and
COLANDER AND SIEVE blend for 30 seconds on maximum
1 lb ripe red tomatoes speed.
½ tsp salt Pass the purée through the colander
pepper and sieve using fine holed screen,
2 tsp lemon juice smooth side uppermost.
1 tsp sugar Pour the juice into a saucepan and
pinch of celery salt simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
Serves 3 Chill before serving.
Quick Tomato Cocktail
USING LIQUIDISER Place all ingredients in the liquidiser for
1 lb ripe red tomatoes 30 seconds.
½ tsp salt Strain and serve immediately.

Worcestershire sauce to

1 tsp sugar (optional)
5-6 ice cubes
Serves 3-4
Orange Cream Cooler
USING LIQUIDISER Thin skinned oranges are beat for this
1 orange purpose.
¼ lemon Quarter orange and place in liquidiser
1 egg with rest of ingredients for 10 seconds
4 ice cubes on maximum speed.
¼ tbsp spoon sugar Strain and serve.
½ pt water

Banana Egg Flip
USING LIQUIDISER Put all ingredients in the liquidiser and
½ pt cold milk blend for 30 seconds on maximum
1 small banana speed.
1 tbsp sugar
1 fresh egg
few ice cubes
