Fruit and Vegetable Cocktails


                   USING JUICE SEPARATOR                   Wash the fruit, cut into convenient sizes
                   A 1 apple, 1 carrot, ½ stick            to pass through the juice separator. Chill
                        celery                             the juice and serve with garnish of mint
                   B 2 carrots, ¼ lemon, small             or parsley, wedges of lemon, orange or
                        bunch parsley                      apple,  or  one  or  two  cherries  or
                   C 1 sweet apple, ½ stick                strawberries.
                        rhubarb
                   D 3 slices fresh pineapple, 1
                        carrot, small wedge of
                        lemon
                   E 1 grapefruit, 2 slices fresh
                        pineapple
                   F 2 apples, 1 sprig mint
                   G 1 orange, ¼ lemon, 1 sprig
                        mint
                   Serves 1







                                   Tomato and Orange Appetiser


                   USING JUICE SEPARATOR                   Combine the juices with the seasonings
                   1 cup tomato juice                      and sugar. Add cracked ice and blend in
                   ¼ cup orange juice                      liquidiser  for  10  seconds  or  shake
                   1 tbsp lemon juice                      vigorously before serving.
                   1 tsp onion juice
                   1 tsp sugar
                   pinch celery salt
                   Serves 4








                                                 Tomato Juice


                   USING JUICE SEPARA TOR                  Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
                   Wash red, sound tomatoes                Pour into hot sterilized jars to seal. Use
                   Pass through the separator              the  juice  for  soups,  sauces,  cocktails
                       and to each pt of juice             and savoury dishes of all kinds.
                       add:
                   1 tbsp sugar,1 tsp salt
