Pineapple Float
USING LIQUIDISER Place all ingredients, except ice-cream
’Any canned fruit may be used’ into the liquidiser goblet and blend on
½ pt cold milk maximum speed for 30 seconds.
2 tbsp canned crushed Pour into two tall glasses and top with
pineapple vanilla ice-cream.
4 ice cubes
2 tbsp vanilla ice-cream
Serves 2
Milk Shakes
USING LIQUIDISER Place all ingredients in the liquidiser and
½ pt cold milk blend for 30 seconds on maximum
2 tsp of sugar, or to taste speed.
2 ice cubes or a scoop of ice-
cream
flavouring, colouring (if
required)
Flavour suggestions for milk
shakes:
(1) A few drops of vanilla or
any other essence
(2) 2 tsp powdered coffee or 1
dsp coffee essence
(3) 1 dsp chocolate powder
(4) 1 tbsp of concentrated
fruit syrup
(5) 2 tbsp any canned or
stewed fruit
(6) 2 tbsp fresh berries (add
extra sugar and strain
before serving)
(7) 1 tbsp jam
(8) 1 small ‘Crunchie’ bar
Makes 1 large or 2 medium
milk shakes.
Frozen Froth
USING LIQUIDISER Blend all ingredients in the liquidiser for
’mmmm. . . !’ 10 seconds.
2 oz gin or light rum Pour into two chilled glasses, the tall
2 small tubs vanilla ice-cream variety.
1 small bottle lemonade
