Gin Fizz


                   USING LIQUIDISER                        Place all ingredients in the liquidiser and
                   2 oz gin                                blend  on  top  speed  for  about  15
                   juice of ½ lemon                        seconds.
                   thin strip of lemon rind                Strain into two long glasses and fill with
                   1 dsp sugar                             soda water.
                   1 egg white
                   4 ice cubes
                   Serves 2











                                              Brandy Egg Nog


                   USINGLIQUIDISER                         Place  all  ingredients  in  the  goblet  and
                   ½ pt milk                               blend on top speed for 10 seconds.
                   2 tsp sugar                             Serve  sprinkled  with  a  little  grated
                   1 oz brandy                             nutmeg.
                   1 egg
                   Serves 2











                                              Pineapple Dream


                   USING LIQUIDISER                        Place all ingredients in the liquidiser and
                   ’A dream for two’                       blend  on  maximum  speed  for  about  1
                   2 oz Bacardi rum                        minute.
                   2 slices fresh pineapple and            Serve in tall glasses with straws.
                   1 tsp sugar
                   or
                   3 tbsp pineapple juice
                   juice of 1 lime
                   4 ice cubes
