On March 20,2002, the High School Drama Class hosted its
annual spring production. This year the performance consisted
of two plays from the theatre of the absurd. The first was a play
written by Tom Stoppard entitled, “Dogg’s Hamlet”. The play is
about a dog school run by Dogg who is the headmaster. The
school puts on a presentation of Shakespeare’s Hamlet and
they present it in their own dog language. The second play was
called “Bald Soprano”, written by Eugene Ionesco, which
mocks the bourgeois of England.
