Earth Week took place the week of April 19th,
2004. Throughout the weeh, students on all
campuses were encouraged to "reduce, reuse,
and recycle," in order to help the environment
in honor of Earth Week. Posters were also
hung around the schools by members of the
Ecology Clubs, displaying ecological facts to
inspire students to take care of their environ
m m m ments. A mass was held by the bay on April
22nd to celebrate Earth Day, and as the
Carrollton community gathered together for
mass, they were reminded how important their
environment really is!
