Pathfinder

The eighth graders had a wonderful time

participating in the many activities offered at
the Pathfinder experience this year.

Students faced challenge courses in order to
help build teamwork, experienced the Under­
ground Railroad, and even tried square danc­

ing! The most memorable moment for the
students was the canoe trip. Due to severe

drought conditions the students could not canoe
the Alafia River, so they canoed in a local
reservoir. According to Caitlin Riston, “The

trip was awesome, especially when we went on
the canoe trip.”
