Learning about stress

                                                                                                                                                                                                            If our stress stays up high day after day, it can



















                                                                                                                                                                                                            change what we call our ‘Balance of Life’.  Our




















                                                                                                                                                                                                            balance can become skewed towards vulnerability.

                                 The good news is that we can do something about it.



















                                 We can reset our Balance of Life by working at reducing our cortisol




















                                 levels. We will look at that in one of the future sessions.
