BRAIN STRESS & PRICKLE HABITS
As I explained when you visited, I sometimes use a different name for
stress responses – I call them ‘Prickle Habits’! Even adults get a bit prickly
sometimes – I bet you have seen that!
Some people can find it harder than others to ‘catch the prickle’ and use
words to let someone know what isn’t ok for them.
Do you hide and freeze? Do you avoid? Do you run?
Do you throw? Do you mask or bury?

We talked about noticing our ‘Prickle Habits’ – this is the first step to feeling
and doing better.
What are your prickle habits? Would you like them to stay the same or to
be different?
