Stress Busting Strategies

































       Help children plan daily Stress Busting activities to lower their stress levels
       generally over time.



       ▪ Some people find vigorous exercise works best to lower their stress levels.




       ▪ Others prefer calming activities such as mindful breathing, meditation or a warm bath.



       ▪ Some find arts or crafts, playing music or a card game helps them to relax.



       ▪ Our focus should be to help the child find the right activities for them. Take baby steps
            introducing it with them so they feel capable and a sense of control.
