I am currently cataloguing breaches of planning processes in anticipation of litigation and at
the end of this letter ask for your input on xxx questions:

• Do you agree that the calculation of potential housing capacity for Site 13 WHEDF is
incorrect and should be amended to 23 dwellings rather than “50+
• Do you agree that Site 14 for the WH LIC site was no…..”

• Is it your professional and independent view that xxxxxx

• Do you consider – in the light of the evidence set out below and in my submissions to
AWVC and MSDC – that the AWNP and Sustainability Reports are lawful?
• Should the AWNP be revised in the light of the above

It sometimes appears that planners have become part of the developers’ team and have
abandoned their primary obligations to achieve sustainable development.
