• Bring appropriate Protective Supplies (including masks and disinfecting supplies) with you to the Footprint
Facility, as applicable. Use the Protective Supplies wisely and appropriately for their intended purpose.
• Upon arrival at the Footprint Facility, identify the Footprint employee who is aware of your arrival and work
that you will be performing at the Footprint Facility.
• Follow the Footprint Facility’s procedures related to COVID-19, which will likely include a temperature check
and wellness questionnaire. You may also be required to complete a health screening form, in which case,
you may request copies of any forms you are required to complete. If you have any questions or concerns
regarding such procedures (or lack thereof), or if you are denied access for any reason, immediately contact
Human Resources.
• Before beginning any work, to the extent practicable, disinfect all
high-touch surfaces (e.g., keyboard, mouse, etc.). If you leave
the workstation for more than 10-15 minutes where it is likely that
someone else touched the equipment, consider disinfecting the
high touch surfaces again.
• In any locations at the Footprint Facility where you cannot
physically distance yourself from others, minimize talking and do
not take off your mask.
• Stagger breaks do not congregate in any area, and do not share
cups, food, or utensils.
• Do not share equipment to the greatest extent possible. If you
must share equipment, disinfect, and clean the equipment and
wash your hands after use of the equipment.
• Do not invite Footprint employees, vendors, or others to share
meals with you or participate in any after-hours activities with
you.
• For meals at the Footprint Facility, consider prior guidelines regarding meals, or if using any on-site food
vendors, ensure that you are able to physically distance yourself from others. If you are not able to physically
distance yourself, do not use the on-site food vendors.
Please help other Footprint employees and contractors by reminding them of these rules and safety procedures
when needed. It is your duty to advise management if you believe anyone is not complying with the Travel Protocols,
or someone says they feel sick, sounds sick, or appears sick with COVID-19-related symptoms. Our goal is not to
get anyone into “trouble”; it is merely to help remind people about the importance of safety and to ensure people
who are sick are not exposing themselves to others.
SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT
Notice of Resignation
In order to ensure that we maintain adequate staffing, we would appreciate if non-exempt employees would provide
a two-week written resignation notice and exempt and managerial employees provide a four-week written resignation
notice in advance of their intended termination of employment date. If you fail to work your notice period, either by
your own choosing or at the request of your immediate supervisor or site leader, your benefits may be impacted.
Return of Property
You must return all equipment, documents and other materials belonging to the Company, including but not limited
to those containing Confidential Information or proprietary business information at the time of your departure from
the Company.
Reduction in Force/Reduction of Hours
In the event that conditions cause the Company to implement a reduction in force or a work-hour reduction, Footprint
will consider any or all of the following: job description, shift, employment status, work location, service date, job
performance, attendance history, performance record and professional or work qualifications. However, the
Company retains the right to make reduction decisions using its own discretion.
