COVID-19 EMPLOYEE TRAVEL PROTOCOLS
Footprint is an essential business that provides services to a number of “Critical Infrastructure Sectors,” primarily
within the food industries and related manufacturing, distribution, and supply chains, as set forth by the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security’s Critical Infrastructure Sectors guidance.
In supporting the Company’s critical work, employees have a special responsibility to maintain a normal work
schedule, which may require travel to a Footprint factory or office (“Footprint Facility”) that may be in another state
or country (“Business Travel”) to perform “Essential Business Duties.”
“Essential Business Duties” is defined as an activity and work required to keep Footprint’s production plant(s)
operational, including the installation of technology, equipment, and other activities such as quality assurance
inspections, safety audits.
Footprint employees are required to perform or assist with the Essential Business Duties must be receive advanced
approval and granted permission to enter the Footprint Facility.
For Footprint Employees: Submit your request Business Travel 14 days’ in advance to Todd Landis, Chief People
Officer. The advance notice is required to ensure the employee has no COVID-19-related symptoms or sickness 7
days’ in advance of travel.
Employees should review the domestic travel guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(“CDC Guidance”), and which may be amended from time to time as more information becomes available about
COVID-19 and in response to new and/or additional instructions from CDC Guidance and local public health officials.
Although no one can guarantee any individual will not be exposed to, or contract COVID-19, Footprint is adopting
recommended health and safety procedures. The failure or refusal of an employee to fully abide by the following
procedures constitutes insubordination, and may result in discipline, up to and including termination of employment.

Policy Brief and Purpose
Footprint’s goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of all Footprint employees during this challenging and difficult
global Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) pandemic period. Accordingly, employees whose duties/services to Footprint
involve travel will be required to review and acknowledge his/her agreement to abide by Footprint’s COVID-19
Employee Travel Protocols set forth below (“Travel Protocols”).
Guidelines
The protection of all of us starts with you before you even leave home for any Business Travel. Please assess your
health wellness and ability to travel as follows:
SELF-WELLNESS ASSESSMENT
You should not travel if you have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 as provided by the CDC. People
with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-

People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
