The m useum %u2019s EasternP arkw ay facade is at the top or rear o f each o f these designproposals.KOHN PEDERSEN FOX %u2014 This proposal seeks to build upon the symmetry of the original McKim, Mead & White design of the museum, filling out the present unfinished concept of the museum while adding free-standing structures at the rear to lessen the rigidity of the design.VOORSANGER & MILLS %u2014 This design offers an eclectic assortment of forms for the museum and is a strong divergence from the symmetry proposed in the original McKim, Mead & White master plan.
