And, yes, the desire to fly beyond and above the earthly matter into pure geometric space devoid of all the mud and merde of our existence, the blood of our war against nature, our attempt to unravel her for good, and thus create our own unraveling.The best comic relief is provided by the women players, Karla Barker, particularly Nadja Smith, and Michele Elliman, even as Rob Elk provides attractive brawn, but one of the most unforgettable images of the evening occurs when two of the women swing upside down, their long black skirtscovering their faces, so that their legs almost appear as arms, setting the world topsy-turvy in mindless space, demonstrating memory adrift.
