What keeps you up at night and wakes you up in the morning?To see and hear the results and transformation of our clients - in their health, their life, and their business. This gives me joy and agreat sense of accomplishment. One of our clients came to us to grow and scale his business. But he was about to lose his wife.Things were about to collapse. By joining our coaching program, his behavior, focus, and results changed massively. Today, hereconciled with his wife and their relationship became stronger. He came to explode his business, and finally he has both - he savedhis marriage and his business.Another example is when I am working hard to find a good staff member for my client, and I presentthis candidate to them and tell them to hire him because the candidate perfectly meets the expectations and needs of our clients. Itis priceless.When I heard about the different testimonials about what I have achieved for my clients, it fuels and encourages me tocontinue my mission with passion.You work with great entrepreneurs and especially with Eric Behanzin. What do you see in him that isthe reason why he is so successful?Wow... I have known him for 15 years now, I could say so much about him. I think that one of the reasons why Eric is so successful,is because he always goes ALL IN - that means he is totally engaged and committed to his mission. I have witnessed histransformational journey and I can testify that he constantly pushes himself. He is growing so fast because he constantly lives outof his comfort zone. Sometimes it can be extremely tough, but he never settles for less. Eric sees the best in people, he sees you asa Giant when you see yourself as an ant. He helps business owners, to build growth so that they can change destiny and markhistory. His strength is in his ability to love people for who they are and believe in them, their potential, their business. It is notabout him at all; for him, it is always about other people. He is truly here to serve and fulfill his mission.Any advice for entrepreneurs who are going through a hard time in their business?Always remember why you started your race and keep your eyes on the destination even through tough times. Stick to your planyet and be open because you never know where the answers will come from. Business is a game; sometimes you win and sometimesyou lose, sometimes you make good deals and sometimes bad deals, sometimes you make good decisions and sometimes baddecisions. Never be ashamed of where you are right now. Embrace the process. Remember success is exponential and it is all aboutperception.It%u2019s still the beginning of 2020, what can we wish you for this year? And for the next decade?Wish me courage for the launch of my first book in April 2020.
