                           M r. S c o t t : I would like to make a report for the Auditing
Committee. W e have checked Mr. Drury’s accounts, and have
found them to he correct as of February 1st.

Mu. Morris: I move that the report he accepted.
                           Motion is seconded and carried.
                           M r. M c D o w e l l: There was talk of changing the Constitu
tion as to the time of the annual meeting. It has occurred to us
that there would he fifteen months before the regular meeting.
Is there a possibility of a special meeting in that time?
                           P r e s id e n t S t r o n g : The Constitution provides that ten men
                      may call it.
M r. M cI ntosh : Suppose we take a vote and see how they

                      think about it.
                           P re s id e n t S t r o n g : It is suggested that we take the sense
of the meeting as to how many members would like to hold a
Convention in September. (The Convention votes by rising).
There are more than ten. So if they will signify it in writ
                      ing they can have it.

                           M r. Y o s t : I move that the Association pay the Entertain
ment Committee’s bill of $lo for car service. Carried.
Moved and seconded that the Convention adjourn sine die.
                      Carried.
