irregularities. Unlike the expected single-peak distribution of a
fair election, double-peak patterns indicate extreme disparities
between early and election-day voting results, suggesting
manipulation. Using AI tools, Dr. Jang demonstrated that vote
share di$erences exceeding 5% are statistically improbable. Cities
like Seoul, Busan, and Daejeon exhibited repeated patterns
where the Democratic Party dominated early voting, only to lose
in election-day results—a recurring, suspicious trend.

Case of the Liberty Unification Party and Systematic
                                    Manipulation

Dr. Jang analyzed the Liberty Unification Party’s results in
regions like Andong and Yecheon, where its candidates actively
campaigned. Despite this, the Cho Kuk Innovation Party,
whose candidate had no visible campaign presence, achieved
overwhelming results. Such anomalies suggest deliberate
tampering, pointing to systematic manipulation beyond isolated
incidents and hinting at possible involvement of foreign actors,
            including China.

Alleged Chinese Involvement and Digital Manipulation

Dr. Jang raised concerns about the possibility of Chinese
involvement in South Korea’s electoral systems. He suggested
that the Election Management System (EMS) might have been
developed with input from Chinese engineers who could have
embedded backdoors, enabling real-time data manipulation
or vote tampering. Patterns of irregular data shifts during the
