Systemic Flaws and Political Influence
Lee described Korea’s electoral fraud as systemic and organized
rather than mere technical errors. He criticized both the Moon
Jae-In and Yoon Suk-Yeol administrations for ignoring or even
condoning electoral fraud. He pointed out that President Yoon,
during his tenure as Prosecutor General, dismissed cases related
to electoral fraud, and suggested that controversies surrounding
the appointment and dismissal of National Intelligence Service
directors hinted at potential Chinese Communist Party
influence. Lee further accused key institutions, including the
NEC; judiciary; and prosecution of concealing or disregarding
electoral fraud. He warned that Korea’s growing pro-China
political orientation undermines public trust and destabilizes the
nation’s democratic foundations.
Allegations of Strategic Intervention by China and North Korea
Lee argued that Korea’s electoral fraud extends beyond domestic
politics and involves strategic interventions by China and
North Korea. He claimed that the Chinese Communist Party
aims to replace key political figures with pro-China allies while
facilitating land acquisitions near military hubs. !is, according
to Lee, is part of a broader effort to transform Korea into a
satellite state. He also linked electoral fraud to North Korea and
China’s collaborative influence, presenting it as a systematic
in#ltration rather than isolated incidents.
